Nationals is a big competition for the LSU Cheerleaders. "To prepare, We give up our Christmas break and come in about four times a week to get our routine together," says Riley Reynolds.
Being on the nationals team requires a lot of dedication. While the prime of preparation is during finals and cheering for basketball, football and volleyball games, the cheerleaders are challenged to get ready for competition while maintaining their grades.
"The most rewarding part of being on the nationals team is being a part of the family itself," Reynolds continues, "It is an honor to be selected for the nationals team and it is an honor to represent LSU at nationals."
The tigers will be representing LSU January 18th, 19th and 20th in Orlando for nationals.
