LSU will provide prevarification

LSU Athletics will offer preverification stations around campus where fans can verify their vaccination or negative COVID test prior to the home opener against McNeese State on Saturday night.

LSU provided a map of stations around campus where preverified guests receive a wristband. They are then sent to a separate entrance than those unverified in order to expedite entrance into the stadium.

Guests can go to these verification locations from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests can provide digital or hard copy proof of their status.

As LSU announced Aug. 27, fans are required to be vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 PCR test 72 hours prior to kickoff.

LSU kicks off against McNeese State at 7 p.m. Saturday.
