Two Tigers had a big night statistically-Nick Brossette reached 1,000 rushing yards for the season and Cole Tracy broke LSU's single-season field goal record with 29.
"This might be one of the greatest moments in my career," Tracy said.
Overall the Tigers' ended the season 10-3, despite the early doubts about the team.
Senior tight end Foster Moreau said, "I'm so happy we were able to prove a lot of people wrong."
