LSU defeats Mississippi State 0-0 in the first of their three game series.
The Purple and Gold came out swinging with 3 scores in the first inning after Georgia Clark hit a double RBI followed by Taylor Pleasant's RBI.
The Tiger's defense left the Bulldogs scoreless until the top of the seventh inning. Sydney Berzon pitched the entire game only giving up six hits, 1 error. Taylor Pleasants led the offense going 3-4 at bat with a double and a double RBI.
LSU and Mississippi State square off once again for the Tigers' teal game. Starting time is set for 7 p.m. at Tiger Park.
