The SEC announced Tuesday that Saturday’s matchup of LSU and Alabama has been postponed.
The postponement was made after it was announced Monday that several Tigers either tested positive for COVID-19 or were self-quarantining due to potential exposure.
This is the second time an LSU game had to be postponed this season. October’s matchup of LSU and Florida was postponed after several Florida players and coaches tested positive for COVID-19 in the days leading up to the game. That matchup is rescheduled for December 12.
There has been no official word on when the matchup against Alabama will be rescheduled for.
This story will be updated once more information is released.
