October marks the beginning of a lot of things: fall, Halloween and most importantly, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Zeta Tau Alpha at LSU raises awareness for breast cancer through their philanthropy, "Think Pink".

On Sunday, over 100 members of the sorority handed out pink ribbons at the Saints game to remember those who have lost their lives from breast cancer.

The Zetas also went to Baton Rouge General Hospital on Monday to help set up their annual pink pumpkin patch.

“Although I don’t have a personal connection to breast cancer, I’ve made so many lifelong friendships with survivors through our philanthropy that I am passionate about the cure,” said philanthropy chair Corinne Chandler.

Zeta will hold their second annual Catwalk for a Cure later this month, where students and survivors are styled by local boutiques and walk in a fashion show.

All proceeds go to their foundation supporting breast cancer awareness and education.
