LSU students have a full schedule in the coming days. With that being said, it may be wise to check what mother nature has in store.

For this weekend's weather in Baton Rouge, on Friday, Nov. 19,  we can expect a low of 41 and a high of 66. On game-day, Nov. 20,  we will have a high of 73 and a low of 56, followed by clear skies and a slight wind chill after sunset.

With that, it's shaping up to be a great Louisiana Saturday night in Death Valley. On Sunday, Nov. 21, there will be a low of 53 with a high of 77 to finish out the weekend.

With Thanksgiving just a week away, holiday travel will be starting as early as Friday. For those of you heading home for the holidays, here is your national forecast, and it does not look bad at all.

Airlines say they are not expecting delays through the weekend. But starting Sunday night there will be some cold and rainy areas to the north of the United States that could cause minor delays.

Places around the Great Lakes like Minneapolis could see some slight delays, but otherwise it is looking to be an easy travel week. As you pack your holiday attire, make sure to bring a light coat and your stretchiest pants for that post - meal nap.
