This year, Lush Cosmetics celebrates 30 years since the invention of the bath bomb in 1989, by Lush co-founder Mo Constantine– and what better way to celebrate than making your own Lush's bath bomb!

Lush Cosmetics at the Mall of Louisiana hosted a bath bomb workshop on October 27 to celebrate the opening of the new store.

"We're here at Boo on the Boulevard and we're showing everyone how to make our handmade bath bombs from Vancouver," said Lush employee, Abigail Menard.

Lush cosmetics moved to a new, larger space in the Mall of Louisiana this year on October 21.

The new 1,600 square foot store features their most iconic product range of bath bombs, bubble bars and bath melts front-and-centre

Store manager, Kelsey Spann said the store is, "Twice the size of our former space, with plenty of space room in here now for experiencing the products,"

The space allows them to feature a skincare space for personalized one-on-one consultations of fresh face masks, cleansers, moisturizers and more.

Beautiful displays of their ‘naked’, packaging free innovations such as facial serums, oils and shampoo bars for accessible zero-waste living.

Unique design elements using reclaimed barn wood, and repurposed lighting fixtures to reduce waste and align with the company's commitment to sustainability.
