Favorite Memory with Tiger TV: My favorite memory at Tiger TV is when Kendall Duncan and I had to produce, report and anchor a show in one day! It was such an adrenaline rush but also such a fun time with Kendall! My favorite story that I have done for Tiger TV is “How the temporary shuttering of Louisiana's prized casino industry is affecting local economies.” This was my first story that required a lot of research and in-depth reporting, and I loved working on it.
What do you like about working at Tiger TV? I love the amazing Tiger TV community that is always so supportive and encouraging. It’s more than just working for a campus news station, it’s a family that laughs together, works together and produces amazing shows and content together. I also love that it is a constant-learning environment. No matter how long you have been working for Tiger TV, there are always opportunities to learn new things.
What do you enjoy doing outside of Tiger TV? I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Tiger TV and school keeps me pretty busy, so when I’m not working, I love being present with my loved ones.
What do you want to do after graduating LSU? After I graduate, I either want to continue my education in working toward a masters in broadcast journalism, or I want to start reporting for a news station. My dream opportunity following graduation would be to be an NBC Page.
