Tiger TV offers students the experience to work as a camera operator, reporters, programmers, on-air personalities and even managing positions.

Tiger TV operates out of the basement and first floor of Hodges Hall, where the office, master control room and newsroom are located. Tiger TV airs using a state-of-the-art facility and offers more than eight hours of daily programming, including newly released movies. This year, Tiger TV produced two newscasts, two sport shows and an entertainment show.

Contrary to popular belief, Tiger TV is not limited to mass communication majors who have previous television experience. In fact, Tiger TV accepts application from all LSU students who meet the university requirements Tiger TV offers hands-on experience to students interested in perusing a career in television, and many former Tiger TV employees now work in the television industry across the country.
